2025 WHLA Action Day will be held on April 8. To help our attendees make the most of this important advocacy event, we are hosting a WHLA Action Day Preview Webinar. During this session, WHLA staff will review the schedule of events, provide an overview of the advocacy issues, and share tips for meeting with legislators.

Hotel Accommodations

Rooms are still available for attendees at the Embassy Suites Madison Downtown at a discounted rate of $98 per night plus taxes and fees.

The Madison Area Hotel Lodging Association (MAHLA) is a non-profit trade association representing hotels and other lodging establishments in the greater Madison, Wisconsin area. The Association serves the lodging industry by providing information, education, marketing, governmental affairs and networking opportunities to more than 80 lodging property members. The GMH&LA is also an active partner with the state association, the Wisconsin Hotel & Lodging Association (WH&LA).
